Whether it's being close to nature, making room for a growing family, or living the uber-urban life, we are all healthier, happier people when our lifestyles align with the values we hold most dear. My goal is to help you discover and live your values, to create a home and life that you absolutely love.
It's been said that real estate isn't a career, it's a lifestyle, and this has certainly held true in my experience. I was raised in a "real estate family" in Austin, Texas, where I learned the foundations of the industry: sales, marketing, lending, and title. As a real estate professional, I've been involved with purchases, sales, investments, 1031 exchanges, property management, permaculture development, and land deals.
My undergraduate education at Naropa helped me develop the skills to authentically listen to my client’s needs; and my time in graduate school at CU Boulder taught me how to most effectively research, negotiate, and advocate so my clients get the best deal possible. I enjoy analyzing and distilling the most recent data for my clients, so that they understand current market conditions (they change weekly), are clear on their personal goals, and confident in the strategy we devise together for their success.
In my free time I enjoy hiking or swimming with my dog, bicycling, reading, volunteering, and snowboarding. I'm passionate about my duties as a member of the Board of Directors of Boulder Food Rescue, a local non-profit that redistributes fresh, healthy produce to folks who need it.
